Zenpage – A CMS plugin for Zenphoto March 01st, 2009

Zenphoto is already the easiest gallery management system available but it does not have any normal page management capability. Therefore many people use Zenphoto in combination with another CMS.
With Zenpage you can now extend the easy to use interface to manage an entire site with a news section (blog) for announcements. Considering Zenphoto’s image, video and audio management capabilites this is the ideal solution for personal portfolio sites of artists, graphic/web designers, illustrators, musicians, multimedia/video artists, photographers and many more.
You could even run an audio or podcast blog with Zenphoto and Zenpage.

tinyZenpage
This is a TinyMCE plugin that is included by default and provides access to your Zenphoto albums and images as well as Zenpage pages, news articles and news categories to easily include them into your pages and articles. Obviously inspired by ZenphotoPress by Alessandro “Simbul” Morandi.
You will see a button for it on the TinyMCE tool bar:
Features
You can include into your pages or articles:
- Direct links to pages, news articles and news categories with the title as link text
- Links and linked images to your albums and images
For images and albums you have also these options:
- Insert thumbnails and sized images either in Zenphoto’s default sizes or custom sizes (cropped and uncropped)
- Insert images either linked or not linked
- Insert text links either using the titles, custom text and even custom urls
- Text wrap around the images
Usage
Simply click on a title to include into the pages or article. Note that it is currently not possible to include multimedia files from your gallery directly (Sized image / custom image options). A more detailed user guide is included within the plugin itself. You can also take a look at a set of screenshots.
