Version 1.2.6 Changelog July 26th, 2009

The RC1 of 1.2.6 has been released for testing. You can download it here:

Please note:With 1.2.6 Zenphoto raises its requirements! It now requires PHP 4.4.8 or above and MySQL 4 or above (PHP5+ or MySQL 5+ recommended). It still may work on older versions but we are not able to test or support those anymore.

Additionally, the version number of all distributed official plugins and themes now has been changed to reflect the release package version, in this case of course 1.2.6.

  • PHP5 error trapping (on PHP5 servers) [sbillard]

  • Individual watermarks for albums [sbillard]
  • Resized images are left in their original type rather than converted to JPEG [sbillard]
  • Setup provides robot.txt file [sbillard]

    • NEW: comment_form (comments are now a plugin) [sbillard]
    • NEW: image mass-edit plugin [sbillard]
    • NEW: filter-login–creates security log of login attempts (also provides general log viewing tab on the back-end.) [sbillard]

    • paged_thumbs_nav: multilingual update [acrylian]
    • Slideshow: Improvements [sbillard, acrylian]
    • print_album_menu: improvements and image and subalbum counter [sbillard, acrylian]

    Please make register member feature and click on the image and the image will pop out to slide show rather than click and download or view full image in other site.

    I want the image to pop out in the same page (the image in the center, the bokeh is dark. When click close the image, it closes and you see the album again , not show in other page solely.)
