Our user mikinoo just released a new theme: “m9″, a nice,  “simple and minimalistic theme” that is using some advanced CSS3 features for recent browsers. Take a look, his site is also the demo.

In case you have not noted we have done some restructuring on the site, mainly on the extensions section.

We have divided the former “collection” posts that contained several extensions into separate posts now. This way you can easier search using the categories and the newly introduced tags for extensions to find what extension you are looking for.

For the now slightly increased number of entries we have also installed a better page navigation.

Also some stuff has been moved to the user guide section as it was not really about exensions but more tutorials. These are just these:

• One “Zenphoto into Wordpress integration tutorial” entry that was part of the former entry Wordpress Tools & Plugins.
• The zenphoto as a “plugin” way to use Zenphoto functions outside of Zenphoto that was part of the also former hacks, utilities & addons entry.

It is sadly not avoidable that this may break some links from older forum posts but we hope that you will find the new extensions section much more convenient.

It’s for displaying Twitter feeds on Zenphoto pages and based based on code BertSimons originally started and has been turned into a plugin by Micheall. It includes also twitpic updates.

Note that this plugin requires a current nightly build or svn version.

Our user hucste has taken over developement of the older zenPaypal plugin that has been abandoned quite some time ago by its original developer Ebrahim Ezzy (Nimbuz) who moved on to his eZenphoto package which sadly is still no plugin.

kagutsuchi developed and just released this interessting filter plugin for those who have multiple, self registering users: This filter creates an album for each user that registers automatically so that each user has his own album to which he can upload.

Note: This plugin requires the current nightly/svn version of Zenphoto.

Sbillard has just released plugin that will create simple text-based watermarks. It requires the nightly build/svn version of Zenphoto.
Although it is actually not a third party plugin it will not be included in the coming 1.2.7 release. It is provided “as is”.

CiaranG just relased an extension for the popular MediaWiki script that provides an easy way to include Zenphoto images into MediaWiki pages. More info and download here.

Formerly there was no easy way to manage files from video portals like youtube because Zenphoto is specifially meant to manage multimedia files on your own webspace. But good news, now with Zenphoto 1.2.6 there is indeed a way. Here is a short tutorial.

Our user Andrey wrote a script to send random daily/weekly/monthly photos and articles automatically. You can have users manage their own subscription through a web interface or just through email, or administer it yourself manually.
