Attaches "Image effects" to images and thumbnails. Note: Although this plugin supports Effenberger effects; due to licensing considerations no Effenberger effects scripts are included. See CVI Astonishing Image Effects by Christian Effenberger to select and download effects. Unzip the file you download and copy the effect.js file to the /%s/image_effects folder.
