Login and Password not working

    My hosting account has resent me my login and password that was working with no issue. I logged out and then could not log back in. My hosting account will not provide third party support for zenphoto, they just keep sending me my original login and password.

    Trying to reset with captcha, I don't receive any email or confirmation my captcha reset has been pushed through. Checked my email spam folder as well.

    Help I just want to use zenphoto which I absolutely love, and I don't want to have to reinstall what I have spent time customizing just because my login and password aren't being accepted.

    You hosting account credentials have of course nothing to do with your Zenphoto login credentials.

    If captcha reset does not work by not getting an email, you maybe did not enter an valid e-mail address on your Zenphoto user account or Zenphoto is not setup to mail (there are plugins).

    In this case you need to delete a table in your database. Please see the user guide's troubleshooting on how to reset the password if you don't know it anymore.
