Zenphoto Setup problems

    Hi to all! I'm trying to setup zenphoto on my server but when i go to the page of setup
    i see that there are some error about magic_quotes_gpc, mbstring.internal_encoding and Strict permissions. I try to modify the php.ini but all times it doesn't change.

    I enclose my php.ini so i ask to someone if there's something wrong in whitch i do.
