I just installed ZenPhoto and I'm trying to upload an album through the web interface. There's 119 photos, but I can only get 26 to show up. There are no errors while I'm uploading them and I already changed my php.ini to the following:
upload_max_filesize = 100M
post_max_size = 500M
I tried deleting and reuploading the album with no success. Any help is greatly appreciated.
i checked again and it seems like only files below 2MB were uploaded, even though I changed the php.ini and there is no longer any file size error when I tried to upload. When I try to change the file upload limit in my .htaccess file, I get a 500 Internal Server Error any time I make a change to the default .htaccess.

What does the upload page show as a limit? It might be that you are not allowed to raise that limit yourself by your host. I suggest to contact him about this.
i had that problem with picasa too, i found out it was because some of ht images were not jpg or gif they were bmp and so it didn't read it because of that reason. i'm trying zen out today, i like it a lot better so far.
