I was wondering if it's possible to create an rss feed for an mp3 album such that the mp3s are included in the feed instead of the mp3 picture. Like this: http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast.php?id=510221 This would enable using zen photo as a podcasting platform. Thank you!

This functionality is already built in.

    For instance, look here:
    http://inthemdl.net/index.php?rss&albumtitle=In+The+Tree&albumname=audio%2Finthetree&lang=en_US

That is just the album rss feed generated from the album page. It automatically includes the links to the mp3, descriptions, album thumbnails if you've uploaded them.

If you wanted to remove the default thumbnail you could modify either the default thumbnail to be a blank image, or modify the rss feed function to not include that.

Only problem with modifying any of these is that when you upgrade to a new version the default core files will replace any you've modified.

Perhaps submitting a feature request for some option-customization of the rss feed would help.

Exactly you should set the "enclosure" option on the rss options then many rss clients display a link to download the full image (in this case the mp3). See screenshot of micheall's rss feed in the Mac client NetNewsWire: http://zenphoto.maltem.de/album1/rss-feed-with-enclosure-mediadownload.jpg.php
