tinyMCE not visible whilst editing?

    Help cannot use tinyMCE for editing posts, pages etc.. :(
    Doesn't show after updating to current version from previous...
    I hvae tried to disable /renable plugins but still no dice...
    Also have reinstalled zenPhoto twice still no go.
    Was working no problem yesterday. Please assist.
